Nearly $1700! That’s how much money was raised last night’s Cariboo Cougars game for the 6th Annual Jameson Jones night. The event features Prince George’s 12 year old Jameson Jones, a cancer survivor who loves the Cariboo Cougars. A group of local boys and girls who have all spent time at BC’s Children’s Hospital were brought onto the ice to receive cheers from the crowd and do a ceremonial puck drop. All of the money raised at last nights game will go directly to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
