One man is dead following a single vehicle rollover collision Saturday evening.
The Prince George RCMP and other emergency services responded to reports of the crash along Highway 97, near Bear Lake around 7:00 p.m. Upon arrival, a 63 year old Prince George man was found dead. An RCMP Traffic Analyst and the BC Coroner Service were called to the scene to investigate.
Police say it’s believed the man was traveling south at a high rate of speed when his car lost control on a corner and veered off the road to the right. He was not wearing a seat belt.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no further details on the identity of the victim at this time.
