You can have your owl drop your invitation at the door for this magical Harry Potter event.
Wizards and witches are uniting at Books and Co. this Saturday night for the midnight release of Harry Potter & the Cursed Child Parts one and two. Fans young and old can enjoy games, tea leaf reading, and of course, a costume contest. The book based on the London play takes place 19 years after the last Harry Potter movie.
Courtney Hayhurst with Books & Co. says the store is expecting a big turnout. “The book is about Albus Severus (Harry Potter’s son) and what we’re going to be doing is opening the doors at 10pm,” she said. “There’s going to be activities like tea reading with Professor Trelawney, Ollivander himself is going to be here as well. The doors close at 1am, but 12 is when you get the book.”
