The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a  man who died in a motor vehicle incident in Prince George on Aug. 25, 2016. He was Louis John Olson, aged 36, of Prince George. At about 9:20 a.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, Olson was riding his mountain bike eastbound on 15th Avenue in Prince George when, at the intersection with Carney Avenue, he was in a collision with a semi-trailer unit. He was deceased at the scene. The BC Coroners Service, Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement, and the RCMP continue to investigate this death.
