Convicted killer Cody Alan Legebokoff’s appeal for a new trial has been dismissed. His lawyer unsuccessfully argued the original judge did not disclose his views toward the defense counsel after sentencing. In 2014, Legebokoff was convicted on four counts of first degree murder. He was found guilty of killing 35-year-old Jill Stacey Stuchenko, 35-year-old Cynthia Frances Maas, 23-year-old Natasha Lynn Montgomery, and 15-year-old Loren Leslie. Legebokoff was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years.
