Long, Cariboo Cougars Look For Four Points Vs Blazers

Prince George, BC, Canada / CKPG News

The Cariboo Cougars sit 9-1 this year through ten games of BC Major Midget play, and will look to improve on that this weekend. The Cats visit the Thompson Okanagan Blazers for a pair of games, and forward Darian Long tells us they’re taking their opponents very seriously. With 18 points, the Cariboo boys sit atop the Provincial standings, while the Blazers are just 2-6 on the season, with 4 points in 8 games. Long says the Northern boys are focused on the long haul, trying to win every single game, and sending a message that they want to be the cream of the crop in major midget.
