Suspect Arrested In Pearson Stabbing

A suspect has been arrested in relation to a stabbing in the 15-hundred block of Pearson Avenue last Thursday. Police arrived at that residence to find a man suffering from an apparent stab wound. The victim was transported to University Hospital of Northern BC. The lone suspect fled the scene before police arrived.  Investigators have now charged 35-year-old Kenneth Michael Wipfli, who is now facing charges of aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
