More good news for the Cougars, as leading goal scorer Jesse Gabrielle has turned his hot start into an NHL contract. The 19 year old sniper, who was selected by the Bruins in the fourth round at the 2015 Entry Draft, has signed a three-year entry-level contract with the B’s. The ‘97 born winger has 19 goals and 31 points in 26 games to date this season. He set career highs last year in his first season with the Cougars, tallying 75 points in 72 games. The 6-foot, 205lb Gabrielle played three AHL games last season, and says the Bruins like his goal scoring and his versatility.
