The Prince George Cougars continued its winning ways Saturday night with a big 2-1 victory in Spokane against the Chiefs.

Tate Olson got the cats rolling early on in the first period with a big blast from the point on the powerplay for his third goal of the season

In the third period, Aaron Boyd would seal the deal for the Cougars. The forward raced down the right wing and buried the winner.

The Cougars celebrated a fifth consecutive win going into the Christmas break, but it was a milestone night for Cats goalie, Ty Edmonds.
