Decision Looms On Four Seasons Pool

Prince George, BC, Canada / CKPG News

City Council will get an idea of what is being recommended for the Four Seasons Pool Monday night. The Four Seasons Pool was built in 1970 and didn’t do very well under a recent facilities review. Recently, a Needs Assessment was done and three options were looked at:

One – leave the Four Seasons as is and upgrade the Aquatic Centre,
Two – replace the Four Seasons and upgrade the Aquatic Centre for $63,000,000,
Three – simply replace the Four Seasons pool for $35,000,000.

In a report to Council, staff has recommended the last option.
