Robbery Suspects Sought

Prince George, BC, Canada / CKPG News

Mounties are hoping the public can help them to identify a pair of suspects in a robbery last month.
Police say a man and a woman were in a store on Southridge Avenue and tried to leave without paying for a $100 remote controlled car. When confronted by store personnel, the male suspect sprayed an employee with bear mace.
The male and female suspects fled the store and jumped into a waiting Chrysler 300 or Chrysler Sebring.
The male is described as Caucasian, 20 to 25 years old, clean shaven, about 5 feet 8 inches tall with an athletic build. He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants with white lettering on the hoodie and on the pants. The female suspect is described as First Nations, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 100 pounds. She was wearing a black coat, black hoodie and carrying a large light brown coloured purse.
The robbery occurred Friday, February 3rd around 8:00pm.
Police are hoping the public may be able to provide them with a tip on the crime by calling the local RCMP detachment, or Crimestopppers.
