Cougars Grind A Win Out In Kamloops; Look To Make History

The Prince George Cougars are one point away from making team history after a 3-1 victory over Kamloops Friday night.

The Cats are back home for the final game of the season against the Blazers Saturday, and they’re looking for their first ever BC Division banner.

Jesse Gabrielle notched pair of goals in the victory over Kamloops.

The Cats are hoping that momentum will continue for Fan Appreciation night at CN Centre.

The Kelowna Rockets secured a win Friday as well, meaning that the Cats only need to take a point over the Blazers, or bank on a Kelowna loss.

If Kelowna wins and Prince George loses, Kelowna will take the division banner on the tie-breaker.

Puck drop is set for 7:00 p.m.
