Prince George Considered A Sellers Market

The BC Northern Real Estate Board says Prince George is being considered a sellers market with prices for homes going up in the first quarter of 2017.

298 properties changed hands in the first three months of the year worth over $90 million dollars.

Although fewer homes were on the market compared to last year, the average price for a single detached home was around $309,000, up from $293,000 last year.

A reason for the demand is due to the market in southern BC.
