Many golfers are dusting off the clubs from 6 months of hibernation and are anxious to head out on the course.
In this week’s To Your Health, there’s a few things you should do before taking that first big swing.
Ann Holmes, who instructs at the Prince George golf and curling club says you must get comfortable hitting the ball again, so you don’t over do it.
That includes not starting with your driver.
“I know we’re excited” said Holmes.
“You have to work up to your driver, maybe starting with your wedges.”
