More than 300 kids from around the North competed at the Prince George Barracuda Moose Meet this weekend. The Barracuda topped the overall point standings at the meet with 1788. Also, Chloe Vertue set a new club record for 200 fly with a time of 3:30. Elina Kim, Maria Wood, Chloe Vertue, Morgan Hildebrandt also set a new mark for the 200 medley relay. There were also two local swimmers who qualified for Canadian Junior Championships for the first time. Claire Brown qualified for the 100 fly, and Mackenzie Lewington qualified in the 200 and 400 I-M.
