Police Make Another Appeal To The Public In Missing Persons Case

Prince George, BC, Canada / CKPG News

For the second time in a few days, Mounties are asking for the public’s help in the search for a missing Prince George woman. Roberta Marie Sims was reported missing by a member of the public Sunday.

Police say the disappearance of the 55 year old woman is suspicious. The Prince George RCMP’s Serious Crime Unit is leading the investigation. Corporal Craig Douglass says no arrests have been made.

Police says Sims is 5’4” and weights 154 pounds. She has long strawberry-blonde hair, blue eyes and tatoos on her left upper arm, her right upper chest and a distinctive robin on the right side of her neck.

She was often seen with her small dog and in her red 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer.

Mounties are hoping someone has seen her since May 1st and will call the RCMP detachment or Crimestoppers.
