Watering Ban Due To End Tonight

City crews are wrapping up work on connecting two major wells along the Nechako River. The installation of the piping connection is complete, and testing is underway to make sure the water system is functioning properly. The outdoor watering ban is expected to be lifted at midnight tonight, which means a return to the normal watering restrictions as outlined on the City website. The project which took a year to complete, builds redundancy between the two wells, which provide most of the water for the Hart, throughout the Bowl, Blackburn, and College Heights.
