GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. One winner per household per contest
2. Contests are open to all residents of the broadcast area (Prince George & Mackenzie) except employees of the sponsor(s) and its/ their subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families.
3. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.
3a. The sponsors of the contest will conduct communication only with the selected contestants and grand prize winners with no exceptions.
4. In order to be awarded the prize, the selected entrant will be required to sign a standard form of declaration and release confirming compliance with the contest rules and regulations acknowledging the non-responsibility of Jim Pattison Industries Ltd. and any other prize suppliers and other organizations involved, and their respective employees, for any liabilities for injuries, accidents, loss or misfortune relating to the awarding of the prize, OR FROM ANY INJURY ARISING IN THE COURSE OF THE TRIPS HOWSOEVER ARISING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OR WAR, TERRORISM, ACTS OF GOD OR OTHERWISE.
5. All entries become the property of CKKN-FM, CKDV-FM, CKPG-TV who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries.
6. The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws. Void where prohibited.
7. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules. By entering the contest, each entrant consents to the use of their name, city of residence and /or photograph, without compensation, in any advertising or publicity carried out by the sponsors.
8. The sponsors accept no liability or responsibility in connection with injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of this contest or the prizes awarded.
9. CKKN-FM, CKDV-FM, CKPG-TV holds the right to amend contest rules or change contest rules at any time without prior notice.
10. Contest rules and regulations are available at the offices of CKKN-FM, CKDV-FM, CKPG-TV located at 2nd Floor, 1810-3rd Avenue, Prince George BC V2M1G4. Office hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
