Yesterday was World Elder Abuse Awareness Day and today, the Prince George Council of Seniors held an open house on the issue. There are various forms of elder abuse, though financial abuse is the most common form. The Council has a great deal of information to help those who are suffering from elder abuse, of which there are many forms.
