Prince George RCMP have a man in custody in connection with what they're calling a suspicious death. Shortly after 7:30 last night police responded to a greenbelt in the 1700 block Yew Street, off Winnipeg Avenue, where they found a 49-year-old man dead. They have since taken a 45-year-old man into custody as a person of interest, and are asking Crown Counsel to determine whether charges are warranted. The name of the dead man has not been released, and police won't say if this represents the 6th homicide of the year in the area. An autopsy will be conducted in Kamloops.

That's a good question Jeanette.
but personally; i have absolutely NO use for the RCMP, as far as i have witnessed, they always seem to take longer than necessary to respond to a call.

I heard this news story on the radio, and they were talking to a witness who saw the guy all bloodied at 5:30? Did this witness not report it, or did it take the police 2 hours to respond??
