Dease Lake and North District RCMP, along with the Coroner's Office, are investigating an accident Tuesday that claimed the lives of two men. About 1pm Tuesday a crewcab pick-up driven by a 20-year-old Kamloops man ran out of control off Highway 37, 24 kilometres south of Dease Lake. Emergency services responding to the accident found the driver and a 26-year-old male passenger from the Quesnel area dead at the scene. Their names are not being released at the request of the families. Both men were working in the Dease Lake area. The cause of the crash has not been determined.
