Today marks the 11th annual International Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Day, with local celebrations taking place at the Family Resource Centre this morning.Bev Zorn has raised a number of children with FASD and says education is the only way to combat the disorder.Zorn says an individual with FASD is perfectly capable of living a healthy, happy life.
