Starting this weekend, Prince George will host to annual Mardi Gras Snow Daze Winter Festival. For the last thirty six years, the winter festivities have been held to bring some excitement to our long and cold winters. At one time, the winter festival hosted the fledgling World Championship of Snow Golf Tournament, where competitors dressed in bizarre costumes. This year, organizers have eighty events planned throughout the two-week long festival.
