It was nearly a year ago that ice building up at the confluence of the Fraser and Nechako Rivers became a source of concern for city officials. In fact, it was nearly one year ago the City declared a local State of Emergency, forcing residents along the river from their homes and evacuating their businesses. But, some residents are questionning what's transpired in the past year to ensure there isn't a re-run.
