Damage from Tuesday night's blaze on Piedmont Crescent has been pegged at a quarter of a million dollars, however fire investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire. It broke out around 9:30 with one person in the home. That person managed to escape safely. Fire officials say arson is not suspected.
