The Bob Harkins Library will be bustling with fun tomorrow with a literacy carnival. Education Minister Shirley Bond encourages families to come out and take part in reading activities. Bond has also invited children author Lorna Scultz Nicholson to read from one of her hockey-themed novels from 12:30pm to 3pm. Bond says some simple ways to incorporate reading daily are reading the cereal box or singing songs.
