School Distrct 57 has a balanced budget for the 2008 - 2009 school year, but it comes at a price.  The board dipped into their reserve to cover the costs.  But as the money dwindles and challenges mount, Chair Lyn Hall says they're bracing themselves.  Hall says one potential option could come in the form of provincial funding to be announced by the Ministry of Education in mid March.
