In an effort to restore the public's confidence, RCMP are testing a new
reporting system. Under the program, all details around situations involving
the use of force will be recorded. Whether it's wrestling a suspect to the
ground, or employing a taser, police believe the program will provide the
public with a better understanding of their actions.
