Back on November 3, 2008 summarized the results of a dangerous goods route study and directed administration to draft the bylaw. If approved, the next
step would be approaching the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure as they would need to endorse the bylaw. It could then be adopted after a fourth reading infront of council. As proposed, the bylaw would take in effect on September 1st this year.
