The building at 225 Quebec Street,  damaged by a fire roughly two years ago was a topic of concern for city council last night.The owner of the property, 216 Holdings, is in a legal dispute with their insurer regarding a policy  in place on the building.A motion was put forward for council to take remedial action. The exact terms will be written up by adminstration shortly.
