A young male motorcycle driver has been taken to hospital with injuries following at crash at the intersection of 5th and Central this morning. Police believe the motorcyclist was making a right turn off Central when he lost control of the bike around 8:30 this morning. He and the bike slid across two empty lanes of traffic and lodged underneath a stopped school bus. There were no children on the bus and the driver was not injured. The seriousness of the injuries to the biker are not known, however he was conscious when he was pulled out from under the bus and taken to hospital. He had an "N" on the back of his bike, suggesting he was a licensed as a Novice driver.
