CNC says it's Mackenzie campus exploded in student numbers last school year. It saw an enrolment increase of 89 percent, jumping from 90 students to 170. The news follows a series of wide spread forestry cuts in Mackenzie. Mackenzie Mayor Stephanie Killam says the school has provided opportunities for residents. Officials expect enrolment figures will increase again in the fall.
