The plight of chained and tethered dogs in Prince George is the focus of a week-long cmapaign launched today by the BC SPCA. Television and print materials are a part of efforts aimed at educating pet guardians about the cruelty associated with tethering backyard dogs. Hundreds of of animal cruelty complaints involving chained dogs are investigated every year by the BC SPCA.
