UNBC research into climate change effects is receiving support from the Pacific Institute of Climate Solutions. More than 16 thousand dollars in fellowships have been awarded to three UNBC researchers. Alex Schare is looking into the relationship between air traffic and climate change. Ian Picketts is looking into how cities are adapting to climate change and Katherine Hrenkevich is studying pine beetle outbreaks.
