The College of New Caledonia says economic troubles are sending more people back to school. CNC is reporting a 10 percent jump in enrollment this fall. full time students have increased by 116 while there are 108 more part time students. The college's natural resources and environmental tech program is filled with 22 students and for the first time, the new media communications and design program is full.
