About 40 people turned out to listen to what's proposed for a Health and Wellness Centre in the downtown. The Centre would amalgamate several service agencies, such as Positive Living North and the Needle Exchange, under one roof. The group promoting the idea hopes to get a sense of location preferences from the public and stakeholders in the downtown.
