The Fraser Fort George Regional Hospital district is funding 1.6 million dollars worth of capital projects for Northern health.
One million dollars is a global grant to pay for a variety of medical equipment for hospitals and health authorities in the region.
The further 600 thousand goes to three areas - the Health Link project, a second endoscopy room and a new digital radio-graphic unit for trauma patients.
