A new program to help connect immigrants and the local business community kicks off today.
The Welcoming and Inclusive Communities and Workplaces Program will help link new Canadians to employers here in Prince George. Project Supervisor, Bahaar Afshar says more employees will be needed once the economy rebounds. The project is funded by the BC Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development.
