Some special Olympians got a financial boost today.

Wood Wheaton and the Pattison Broadcast group  had a healthy cheque in hand on this  bright sunny morning, to help four Special Olympians head to the nationals in London, Ontario this coming July. Fifty dollars for every medal won during the Whistler Winter Olympics has earned the four local athletes 13-hundred dollars.
