The budget vote for the Regional District of Fraser Fort George has been put on hold. At the request of Prince George Mayor Dan Rogers, Directors deferred the vote to a later date. Rogers made the request because of fee concerns. In January, directors agreed to evenly split solid waste management costs between tipping fees and taxes. Rogers has asked to see a new option. The Regional District must submit it's completed budget to the provincial government by the end of the month.
