The Prince George Cougars have won the right to choose first in the 2010 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft, which goes April 29 in Edmonton.The Cougars were one of six teams involved in Wednesday's WHL Draft Lottery in Calgary, which decided the first six selections of the upcoming Bantam Draft.This is the third time since the Cougars moved to Prince George that the team has had the first overall selection and first time since 2004. The Cougars had the first pick in the 1994 WHL Bantam Draft.
